The two men were talking at the community pool in their area when the 75-year-old became enraged that his neighbor knew so much about his personal life. He began to yell obscenities at the man, and ultimately punched him. Neither of them were severely injured in the incident.

Police arrested the man and he is currently being held at the Palm Beach County Jail without bail. He has been charged with battery on a person over the age of 65.

The driver told police that Jennings, 45, refused to pay, and stabbed him with a pen knife. In addition, according to the driver, Jennings berated him with racial slurs about his Middle Eastern descent. However, Jennings denies saying anything racially charged.

According to the F.B.I., the officers got into an argument regarding Garcia’s performance counseling and Garcia shot Kozak.  An officer close by shot and killed Garcia.  Kozak is alert and in stable condition at a local hospital in Long Beach.

Aldon Smith was arrested for DUI on January 28 and spent 3.5 hours in jail before being released after posting $1,000 bond. Another San Francisco defensive lineman, Ray McDonald, was arrested for driving under the influence on Wednesday morning. McDonald had an existing warrant out for his arrest from a June 12, 2010 DUI incident in San Mateo County.

It is expected that the NFL will fine the players for their misconduct. They typically like to use an incident to set an example for how the rest of the team will be punished should another DUI incident happen in the future.

Biscardi was found driving his dune buggy through an unlit construction site on city property at 10:15pm on Thursday Jan 12 at the 1500 block of NW 40th Street.  When police spotted him, he tried to drive away through Mizner Park passing the patrol car.

After failing a sobriety test, Biscardi’s alcohol level was twice the legal limit.

Caraega requested a business trip to travel to Mexico City for his Fort Lauderdale insurance brokerage firm. Caraega was released on $10,000 bond after being charged for DUI manslaughter in September 2010 when he hit and killed Miami Heat dancer, Nancy Lopez-Ruiz on her motorcycle.

At the time of the crash, police reported that Caraega swerved into Lopez-Ruiz’s lane on East Sunrise Boulevard.
