Miami police officers recently arrested three males suspected of attempting to rob school equipment from Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School on Northeast 215th Street.
Two of the men arrested are adults and one was a juvenile. The three were caught breaking into the school building on surveillance video. The video footage showed three suspects walking around the school with trash bags and filling the bags with computers and other expensive technology and equipment from the school.
An officer at the school chased the three suspects until they were able stop them. Two of the suspects have been charged with attempted robbery and one with juvenile robbery.
