Victoria R. Miesner, appreared in fron of Honorable U.S. Magistrate on Nov. 9 in relation to information that was filed on November 5, 2009 charging her with filing a false tax return.

Miesner filed a joint federal tax return in which she reported a total income of $49,626, when at least $430,000 should have been reported.

Michael Miesner pleaded guilty September 4, 2009 to mail fraud, loan application fraud, and tax fraud. He is a registered commodity trading advisor that defrauded more than 260 investors.

Micheal Miesner is currently scheduled to be sentenced on January 29, 2010.
